IDS 2019: It’s showtime!

The International Dental Show (IDS) is once again bringing together dental professionals from all around the world in Cologne. Internationally renowned lecturers presenting how you can benefit from a completely digital workflow with the help of modern technologies – this is the recipe for the Planmeca IDS 2019 shows. In the centre of the digital workflow stands the unique Planmeca Romexis® software platform, which ties together all Planmeca devices and software. The many advanced features of this intelligent all-in-one concept form the basis for all our shows at IDS 2019.

Dr. Zach Evans (USA) and Dr. Omar Hamid (Austria) will use clinical cases to present the digital implant workflow from A to Z. In addition, Dr. Walter Renne (USA) will guide you through various digital workflow cases, such as 3D printed smile design mock-ups. Learn how to easily go through all the steps from scanning and CBCT imaging to designing and manufacturing using Planmeca equipment and software.

Dr. Anthony Mennito (USA) will be presenting a clinical case to demonstrate how you can improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction with CAD/CAM and same-day restorations. Moreover, Dr. Gary Severance and RDA Angela Severance (both USA) will show how easy it is to scan and plan and choose your preferred way of working with Planmeca Romexis.

Diagnostics has not been forgotten either. Prof. Dr. Michael M. Bornstein (Switzerland / Hong Kong) will shed more light on low dose imaging procedures in CBCT imaging. He will explain how low dose protocols have changed modern dentistry and what it means for the day-to-day work of a dental practice.

The full programme for Planmeca’s IDS shows also includes other current topics in digital dentistry. The shows are organised every 30 minutes starting 9:30 a.m. on every day of the exhibition.
