General dentistry’s modern classic
The functional design of Planmeca Compact™ i Classic supports smooth workflows and excellent working positions. It is an excellent choice for the needs of general dentistry and can be equipped with exactly the type of setup you prefer.
For ultimate durability and resistance, the dental unit’s main material is recyclable aluminium.
The smooth and wide delivery arm movements support an ergonomic workflow.
The plug-and-play instruments allow shared instrument use.
The floating chair provides extensive legroom for both the dentist and the assistant.
The wide height adjustment range allows you to work comfortably in different positions.
Two high-quality upholstery types are available – both in a wide range of vibrant colours.
The foldable leg rest makes it easy for patients to enter and exit the chair.
Durable and practical design
We use aluminium parts and an epoxy paint finish in our dental units for ultimate durability. The seamless, powder-coated surfaces meet the strictest infection control requirements. The side-lifting chair and small cuspidor base provide maximised legroom for both the dentist and assistant, with the lean and narrow backrest design further ensuring excellent access to the treatment area.
Easy to learn, easy to use
Planmeca Compact i Classic has a traditional keyboard for adjusting all the essential unit, instrument and infection control functions. A keyboard is also available for the assistant suction arm for easy and ergonomic use. The unit, patient chair and instruments can even be operated directly from a foot control.
Versatile instrument options
The unit’s balanced instrument arms guarantee ergonomic instrument use since only a small movement is needed to activate them. Planmeca Compact i Classic can also be equipped with hanging tube instruments. The freely interchangeable instruments and easy console movements allow the unit to be swiftly converted to meet personal preferences.
Ergonomically designed patient chair
Planmeca Compact i Classic's chair design follows the shape of the patient’s body and provides firm and comfortable support, while the double-articulated headrest allows comfortable positioning of the patient’s head. Due to the headrest’s smooth length adjustments, the chair easily adapts to patients of all sizes. Armrests can be fitted for additional support.
High-quality upholsteries
With two comfortable upholstery options available in an extensive range of beautiful colours, Planmeca Compact i Classic always supports a relaxing treatment experience – even through longer visits. The Comfy™ upholstery is made of durable artificial leather and the Ultra Relax™ upholstery of artificial leather and viscoelastic memory foam.
