Planmeca Romexis® LabApp
Easy and secure image transfer application for dental labs
Planmeca Romexis® LabApp is an application designed for dental laboratories for easy and secure communication with the dental clinic. Romexis LabApp uses the Planmeca Romexis® Cloud service, which is a secure way to transfer patient data. The application is available for download free of charge for both Windows and macOS.
Receiving cases from Romexis users
Romexis LabApp allows you to receive STL files, PLY scans, DICOM images, photos, lab order forms and PDF files from Planmeca Romexis® users. All cases are referred to you in an orderly, chronological list and automatically decrypted.
Instant viewing for STL and PLY files
Romexis LabApp enables viewing STL and PLY files in a preview window immediately after receiving them. This makes it possible to check the files before exporting the data to the lab CAD/CAM system.
Exporting files to a lab CAD/CAM system
Romexis LabApp allows exporting all the received data in open formats which you can import to e.g. a CAD/CAM system.
Easy communication
With a built-in Romexis Cloud case messaging, Romexis LabApp enables easy communication between the clinic and the lab. You can also reply to the sender with photos or other attachments.
