Advanced panoramic technology
Our patented SCARA (Selectively Compliant Articulated Robot Arm) technology guarantees an anatomically accurate imaging geometry – resulting in clear and error-free images. With Dynamic Exposure Control (DEC), the units measure the patient’s radiation transparency and automatically adjust exposure values.
Effortless usability
All our 2D dental imaging units have an easy-to-use graphical interface that helps make your imaging workflow smooth in all situations. You can take advantage of full-view patient positioning with triple-laser positioning lights, as well as provide convenient side-entry to your patients for comfortable access.
Future-proof investment
Planmeca 2D dental imaging units are future-proof investments – individual imaging options can be added to them at a later date and new features easily included as they become available. The units can also be upgraded with a cephalostat or CBCT imaging capability at any time.
