Yhteensopivuus ja DICOM

Joustava Planmeca Romexis -ohjelmistoympäristö on suunniteltu täyttämään niin suurten kuin pientenkin vastaanottojen päivittäiset tarpeet. Lisäksi se sisältää runsaasti ominaisuuksia Planmeca Romexis -järjestelmän hallintaan:

  • 3-kerroksinen asiakas-palvelinohjelmisto laajentaa järjestelmän hallintamahdollisuuksia ja tukee edistyksellistä tietojen käsittelyä, kuten automaattisia palvelinpuolen prosesseja.
  • Tehokkaat käyttäjien ja ryhmien hallintaominaisuudet sekä järjestelmänlaajuinen jäljitysketju takaavat, että potilastiedot ovat turvassa.
  • Java-ohjelmistona Planmeca Romexis toimii sekä Windows- että Mac-käyttöjärjestelmissä.
  • Koska Planmeca Romexis hyödyntää Java Web Start -tekniikkaa, se voidaan helposti päivittää seuraavaan versioon. Vain palvelin päivitetään, ja kaikki asiakkaat päivittyvät automaattisesti.
  • Kuva- ja raporttitiedot voidaan viedä muihin ohjelmistoihin lisäkäsittelyä varten. Planmeca Romexis voidaan integroida useisiin erilaisia käyttöliittymiä käyttäviin järjestelmiin (esimerkiksi Dolphin, Simplant Pro, coDiagnostiX). Se noudattaa kansainvälisiä standardeja, kuten DICOM-standardia, joten se on täysin yhteensopiva muiden järjestelmien ja ohjelmistojen kanssa.

The disk space requirements are determined by size of stored digital images. Thus the space requirements vary, but a rough estimate is in the order of 9 MB per 2D image, depending on type of image, and between 50 MB to 1 GB per 3D image depending on the volume size and voxel size.

It is recommended to use the same server computer as an application server and database server. If Planmeca Romexis® server computer is also used for client activities, the hardware should meet both client and server specifications and for 2D imaging minimum 6 GB RAM should be installed.
