All in one concept

The all in one concept was launched in 1999, when Planmeca introduced an integrated information technology system for a digital dental practice. The concept allows instant access to all digital clinical patient information at chairside from a flat panel display mounted on the dental unit.

At the time, the all in one concept denoted the revolutionary concept of fully integrated dental equipment communicating with each other via software.

During the years, this initial thought has grown into a wider concept. This underlying principle is observed in all Planmeca procedures and it guides the product development.

The all in one concept denotes the company’s all-inclusive service range: Planmeca provides its customers a complete solution for the dental clinic, including dental care units, X-ray units, and software. Additionally, it symbolises the high integration of Planmeca dental solutions. The seamless integration of dental equipment and software creates efficient diagnostic tools and treatment environment where the equipment share open interface and communicate with each other.

The aim of the all in one concept is to provide all-inclusive, individually designed devices and services suitable for every dental practice. Planmeca provides the dental world in order to allow the customers to concentrate on their work.

Planmeca has used a dedicated symbol for all in one since 2008.
