The side-lifting chair and small cuspidor base maximise the legroom for both the dentist and assistant. The floor is left free for stools and for the dental team can work as close as possible to the patient. The lean and narrow backrest design also contributes to excellent access to the patient’s mouth.

 

Perfectly balanced instrument arms guarantee ergonomic instruments use: only a tiny movement is necessary to activate the instrument. Instrument arms can also be adjusted depending on instrument weight.

 

Planmeca Compact a has a pneumatic instrument control system allowing the use of all basic instruments. For more advanced needs the instrumentation can be extended with modern high-performance instruments like electric micromotors, LED polymerisation lights and ultrasonic scalers.
