Planmeca ProMax 3D Mid offers the user an optimal volume size for every applications requiring 3D imaging, e.g. for endodontics requiring high resolution, for implantology requiring images with a smaller Field of View, and for orthodontics requiring large image sizes. This wide volume size selection enhances possibilities in optimising the imaging area according to specific diagnostic task – always without compromising the best practices of dentistry and fulfilling the ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle to minimise radiation.

 

Planmeca ProMax 3D Mid is based on the Planmeca ProMax platform. The existing products in the 3D concept are Planmeca ProMax 3D s, ideal for applications where a smaller field of view is sufficient, Planmeca ProMax 3D, for general 3D applications with a field size covering the mandible and maxilla, and Planmeca ProMax 3D Max including field sizes from single tooth to whole maxillofacial area.
